Heinrich von Paulgerg has recently joined CORFINA as a Senior Advisor. He broadens our technology and engineering practice, especially in the defence & security technology sector. Prior to joining CORFINA, Heinrich had more than 30 years experience in the aviation and defence industries, with international assignments and management positions. He has extensive top management and project management experience, including mergers and acquisition, strategic positioning and restructuring of companies in the these industries. He is a long-standing member of the board of the BDLI and AECMA / ASD industry associations and representative of the European and German medium-sized aviation companies. Heinrich has an extensive professional network and broadens our international competence in this area significantly
Klaus-Peter Stieglitz has recently joined CORFINA as a Senior Advisor. He broadens our technology and engineering practice especially in the defence & security technology sector. Prior to joining CORFINA, Klaus-Peter had a spectacular career in the German Army that ends as a 3 star general and Chief of Staff of the German Air Force (Inspekteur der Luftwaffe). He broadens our international experience in this area.
Ralph Kerstner has joined CORFINA as a Partner. He broadens our automotive, technology and engineering practice and adds his expertise and experience particularly in the automotive and technology sector where he worked all of his business life. Prior to joining CORFINA he founded an OEM supplier for automobile manufacturers and later sold this company to an international logistic services company. Besides this Ralph Kerstner is a wanted advisor for young companies and has worked with start-up companies as a business angel.
Dr. Udo Scheffel has joined CORFINA as a Senior Advisor. He supports our financial services practice and adds his expertise and experience particularly in the real estate sector where he worked over 20 years in leading positions. Udo Scheffel has many years of experience as Board Member (CEO) and Managing Director in Real-Estate Companies. Prior to joining CORFINA he was CEO of GBWAG Bayerische Wohnungs-Aktiengesellschaft, a specialized real estate company and an affiliate company of the BayernLB.
Roland Böhler has recently joined CORFINA as a Senior Advisor. His expertise is in the Fashion and Luxury Business as well as in the Food and Beverage Industry. Prior to joining CORFINA, Roland spent his working life as CEO or Member of the Board in various world class Fashion an Luxury Companies, like Hugo Boss, Valentino, Gianfranco Ferré, Jil Sander and also in leading Food and Beverage Companies like Henkel,  Mars or Henkell. He broadens our international experience in these areas.
Clemens Fuchs has joined CORFINA as a Senior Advisor. He broadens our financial services practice and adds his expertise and experience particularly in the insurance sector where he worked over 30 years in leading positions. Prior to joining CORFINA he was CEO of ÖRAG, a specialized insurance company for legal costs, holding this position for more than 13 years.
Dr. Gerd Hofmann has joined CORFINA as a Senior Advisor. His expertise lies in the Financial Services Industry, especially in the insurance and reinsurance business,  and he further broadens our competence in these areas. Prior to joining CORFINA, Gerd spent his working life in various insurance and reinsurance companies. For 15 years he was Member of the Board of one of the leading international reinsurance companies. In the last years Gerd was Managing Director in a leading international executive search company for the financial services industry.
Georg Mehl has joined CORFINA as a Senior Advisor. His expertise is in the Financial Services Industry, especially in the insurance business and he broadens our experience in these areas. Prior to joining CORFINA, Georg spent his working life in various insurance companies: 30 years in the Allianz Group, 15 years with Württembergische Versicherungsgruppe and 5 years as CEO of the Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG in Stuttgart.
Michael Stüber has joined CORFINA as a Partner and Managing Director in the Frankfurt office. Michael brings to us a wealth of experience from working with international banks for more than twenty years on senior levels in Frankfurt, Paris and Düsseldorf. Prior to joining CORFINA, Michael held the position of Managing Director at Société Générale’s M&A operations in Frankfurt. He has a sound knowledge of a wide range of European industry sectors, and especially of the French and German industrial infrastructure.
Peter Bluth has joined Corfina as Partner. He is presently Director Business Development for ARINC Inc. and a consultant to the airport service market. Previously he was CEO of GlobeGround-Servisair, the leading global ground handling company, with responsibility for building a global, high quality airport service network to service all major airlines. With his wide experience in the airport service industry he has excellent relationships to airport operators, service companies and airlines worldwide and is a supervisory board member in various companies.
Dr. Peter Baumeister has joined Corfina as a Senior Advisor. His expertise is in the Banking and Corporate Finance business gained by serving several well-known German banks and currently holding the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Südwestbank AG. During his professional career he gained remarkable experience in Strategic Alliances, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, MBO/MBI and Strategic Management.
Ulrich Bröscher joined Corfina as Senior Advisor. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of LSG Sky Chefs, the airline catering and hospitality management business of Lufthansa Group. He was responsible for the worldwide operations and the development of LSG into the global market leader in airline catering. He is an expert in the catering industry, which includes services, logistics, restaurants and all other catering activities. His reputation in the airline industry is excellent, and he has an elaborate network within the food and service industries.
Werner Schoemig has joined Corfina as a Senior Advisor. For a long time he worked in various functions within the Lufthansa group, being responsible for the M&A-Business for many years. He was managing director of two big Lufthansa group companies and held more than 15 supervisory board seats. He knows the rationales of the airline industry and has a sound knowledge of the M&A-Business.
Dietrich Weichsel has joined Corfina as a Senior Advisor. For some 30 years he served in the Pharmaceutical Industry, in leading functions in international operating companies like Cyanamid and Sanofi (Managing Director) enabling him to gather special knowledge in hospital, OTC, generic and onkology business as well as Marketing & Sales. Furthermore he was involved in a considerable number of Mergers.
